Giorgia Mantelli My name is Giorgia and Capes I was born in Verona on 31 December 1977. Even as a child I developed a fondness for drawing, glued to TV with paper and pencil, and trying to draw / copy my favorite cartoon characters, mine was a real study on the shape of the face and clothing of the character (often female), which lasted for days. Also, I loved my grandmother's cupboard to fill the comic, for which I consumed whole book! Here is my entry to art school was a natural path than a choice, as well as the continuation of studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Verona Cignaroli GB. After the diploma of graduation job opportunities in the arts were very scarce in Verona, so I decided to take a course in graphic design, a specialization that has led me to very creative work. The subjects that I often like to paint are those that can be defined as 'Angels' and 'Fate', which convey the meanings of all personal .- The zodiac sign which interprets Daffodil in my illustration is that of the Virgin. In creating the iconography of my picture I was inspired by the stars, always the picture drawn by these stars is that of a winged woman holding in her left hand an ear of corn, which is the star Spica.
